About Sandro Boeri

Sandro Boeri is responsible for staff development for Deutsche Bank’s global internal audit teams. He is also responsible for the assessment of Deutsche’s culture.

He was one of the founders of Risk Audit with a career spanning thirty years in financial services corporate governance in the City of London and internationally.

His main area of specialism is in the field of internal audit where after serving his apprenticeship during six years at Kleinwort Benson he went on run the audit functions at Amsterdam-Rotterdam Bank in London, Credit Agricole, Sumitomo and the Gerrard Group.

Sandro has also led the compliance functions of Credit Agricole and Sumitomo as well as running the operations function of Credit Agricole Futures.

Sandro is a prominent speaker on subjects ranging from corporate governance to motivation in the workplace. He has led major sessions on behalf a wide range of companies include the Institute of Internal Auditors and IIR.

He started Risk Audit’s professional development business and managed the public classroom schedule as well as facilitating a wide range of courses specialising on regulatory themes.

He also led Risk Audit’s life coaching and mentoring business.
